Walcon Marine will be resuming operations on Monday 11 May in line with the prevailing government directives. All work will be performed in accordance with government guidelines relating to physical distancing in the workplace and other preventative measures to ensure the safety of our workforce and customers.

Activity will recommence immediately in both production and installation, while the office staff will have a phased return to work but with all functions fully covered.

We thank our customers for their patience over what has been a difficult time for everyone and wish to assure them that we will do everything that we can to make up for lost time and to ensure that their marinas, harbours and other berthing facilities are ready as soon as possible.

New berthing and mooring facilities at Lymington Town Quay. The project took place over the course of November 2019 to February 2020 and involved a series of smaller jobs as we moved and replaced the various existing moorings and added the new ones. Topping the list was the more than doubling of the number of walk-ashore berths from 19 to 46 while at the same time continuing to offer a choice between visitor walk-ashore berths with power and water, and lower cost river moorings. Business (almost) as usual here, if a bit quieter than we are used to. Given that so many industry events have been cancelled, and the uncertainty that currently overhangs both the economy in general and individual corporate viability, we are recommending that our clients redouble their efforts to maximise their presence on social media and in the industry media to project a positive outlook.
Now is the time to look ahead at better times to come and to remind the world of your capabilities and achievements. We could all use some good news right now, so think some positive thoughts and share them with everybody, whatever they may be... It all helps!
